Home Buying Process

When searching for your dream home, it’s important to be well informed of the Real Estate market. To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? Five years from now? Will your needs change? What’s your budget? These are decisions only you can make, but we will do everything possible to match you with your dream home.

Determine Your Budget

The first step is to determine your budget and get pre-approved for a mortgage. This will give you an idea of what you can afford and make your house hunting more efficient.

Property Search and Viewing

Once you have established your needs and preferences and have pre-approval for a mortgage, the realtor will begin searching for properties that match your criteria. They will then schedule viewings of the properties that you are interested in to help you get a better idea of what is available and to identify the properties that meet your needs.

Offer and Closing the Deal

In short, Danny would help you make a competitive and reasonable offer and guide you through the closing process. He would answer any questions you have and ensure that you understand each step. After the sale is closed, he would congratulate you on your new home and make sure you have all the necessary documentation to take possession.
